William Herochik has nearly 20 years of experience representing both companies and individuals in a variety of executive compensation and employment related matters. In 2009 he opened his own law practice focused on representing individuals in employment negotiations. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Mr. Herochik practiced law at the large international law firms of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in Palo Alto, California, Fenwick & West in Mountain View, California, Morrison and Foerster in Palo Alto, California and Mayer Brown in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Herochik graduated from Ohio State University College of Law in 1997. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Herochik was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Denver where he earned a Masters of Taxation degree. Mr. Herochik also holds a bachelors of science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University.
